When talking about continuous delivery, experts mostly concentrate on tools and automation and publication schedules. And these things are, of course, critical for success. However, there are at least two other factors that can either take your operations up a few levels or bring them down, and yet they are rarely spoken about in this context. I would like to remedy this and talk a little about People and Processes.
