Before joining Peltarion, Carl worked as a tech writer consultant for many different customers in various industries, always with the end-user in focus. The end-user focus in his work and the urge to explain has driven him to find ways to work closely with areas related to technical writing, such as UX, support, marketing, and sales.
His work, helping companies structure and describing complex products, has given him a great experience of presenting technology to a wide variety of target groups, from NOOBs to subject matter experts.
